WhatsApp Business API Integration

How We Use WhatsApp Business API

1. Inbound Messages (Customer-Initiated)

End customers send messages to the business WhatsApp number to place orders. Our conversational AI processes the message, extracts order details (products, quantities, delivery address), and confirms the order with the customer.

2. Outbound Notifications (Business-Initiated)

We send transactional notifications to customers about their orders:

  • • Order confirmation messages
  • • Delivery status updates ("Your order is on the way")
  • • Delivery completion notifications

3. Interactive Messages

We use WhatsApp interactive message features (buttons, lists) to provide a better user experience during the order flow, allowing customers to confirm addresses, select products, and approve orders with simple taps.

Message Templates Used

Template TypePurposeCategory

All templates are transactional/utility messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
